DVA has restricted how I can contact them
Get the documents, ask for adjustments, put an advocate in the channel, and keep every message short and calm.

Watch-outs
- A welfare check is a clinical and CDDA issue, not a reason to call police yourself to argue.
- Do not discuss self-harm with the delegate — use Open Arms or 000.
- This is usually not a VRB matter. Use FOI, DDA adjustments, DVA review, Ombudsman.
